Together, we will create space for you to commune deeply with your whole self as you learn to connect with your innate gifts, deepest desires, and erotic sense of aliveness.
As a somatic practitioner and sensual healer, I hold space for you to truly Bloom into the best version of you, while helping you find the internal and external resources — daily practices, healing herbs, rituals, breath, touch, spiritual guides, and other allies to accompany you in your journey.
Wherever you are, each session will be tailored to meet your present needs and desires.

a guided ceremony of you where you harness the power of your mind, body, and spirit to guide you toward the inner and outer resources needed to shift into greater alignment with your higher self.
great for those feeling stuck, moving through transitional periods, and wanting to connect with their higher self. this is a more talk-oriented container.

energy garden : energy work sessions
Energy Garden Sessions are guided by both the wisdom of the seasons and the unique ecology of your bodies. They work by helping you shift into greater wholeness and resiliency, offering nervous system support and healing after energetic stress or wounding. These can be done virtual or in person.
for those seeking energetic support to move toward system wide healing; for those who want to work collaboratively with the earth to experience greater balance and ease through the seasons. these sessions may include palm healing, reiki, herbal medicine, breathwork, and guidance.

a twelve week 1:1 program to awaken inner bliss and increase your capacity for pleasure.
great for those ready to do a deep dive into somatic work who are ready to show up for themselves fully. enrollment closes: June 30, 2024.
